KANDAL
Kandal is a province of Cambodia. Its capital is Ta Khmau (lit. Black grandfather). The province completely surrounds, but does not include, the national capital Phnom Penh.The province is subdivided into 11 districts: Kandal Stueng, Kien Svay, Khsach Kandal, Kaoh Thum, Leuk Daek, Lvea Aem, Mukh Kampul, Angk Snuol, Ponhea Lueu, S'ang, and Ta Khmau.
